Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of GrowNextAI, operated by Cyberweb Digital Private Limited. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful and trusted for everyone. Breaching this policy may lead to content removal, feature limits, account suspension or termination, and — where required — reporting to authorities.
Consent-first messaging
You may only send emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS or other communications to people who have given you clear, verifiable consent (opt-in) to be contacted by your business. Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) is strictly prohibited.
You must honour opt-outs immediately, keep every message truthful, identify your business clearly, and include a working unsubscribe/stop mechanism where the law or the channel requires it.
Prohibited activities
You must not use the platform to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; harvest, buy or use contact lists without consent; impersonate any person or business; deceive, defraud or cheat customers (false offers, fake reviews, misleading claims, non-delivery of goods or services); phish or steal credentials; distribute malware; promote illegal goods/services, hate, violence, or sexual content involving minors; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or attempt to bypass platform limits, security or rate controls.
You must not use AI-generated content to mislead, manipulate or harm others, or to violate the policies of connected platforms (WhatsApp/Meta, Google, email providers).
Third-party platform rules
When you connect services such as WhatsApp/Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google or your email provider, you must also comply with their terms and messaging policies (including WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable anti-spam laws such as India's DPDP Act and, where relevant, GDPR/CAN-SPAM). Violations on those platforms can affect your and our standing.
Monitoring, flagging & enforcement
We monitor platform signals (such as bounce, spam-complaint and unsubscribe rates, sending velocity and abuse reports) to protect deliverability and trust. Accounts that show signs of spam, fraud or other abuse may be automatically flagged for review.
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary, throttle sending, disable features, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and preserve or disclose information where legally required.

If you believe someone is misusing GrowNextAI, or you received an unwanted message sent through our platform, contact us at support@grownextai.com and we will investigate.
