Free plan

The Free plan requires no payment, so no refund applies. You can use it for as long as you like within its monthly limits.

Cancellations

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your billing settings. On cancellation, your account moves to the Free plan and your saved content remains accessible.

Refunds

If you believe you were charged in error, or you are unhappy with a recent payment, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

AI credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable, as real processing costs are incurred when content is generated.
