Terms of Service

The service

GrowNextAI, operated by Cyberweb Digital Private Limited, provides AI-powered marketing and business-automation tools — content generation, customer messaging, chatbots, advertising, automation and lead management.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions, credits & billing

Paid plans and AI credits are billed as described on our pricing page. AI actions consume credits; plan features and limits are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Paddle (international) — we do not store full card details.

We may update pricing with reasonable notice. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

AI-generated content

The service uses AI to generate content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use or publication. We do not guarantee specific marketing results. You retain responsibility for the content you create, approve and publish.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service and any content you publish complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms you use it on.

Third-party integrations & platforms

Where you connect third-party services — such as WhatsApp, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google and WordPress — your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. You authorise us to act on your behalf only as needed to deliver the features you enable, and you are responsible for maintaining those connections and permissions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, spammy or harmful content, to violate the rights of others, or to breach the terms of any connected platform. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual property

The GrowNextAI platform, software, brand and logo are owned by Cyberweb Digital Private Limited. You retain ownership of the business content you create, and you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service.

Service availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, and perform maintenance, without liability.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; your account moves to the Free plan and your saved content remains accessible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

Refunds & cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. AI credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable, as real processing costs are incurred.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding period. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
