Delete your data from inside the app

If you can still sign in, this is the fastest way:

1. Sign in to your account and open Settings.

2. Go to the Privacy or Account section.

3. Choose “Delete account” (or “Delete my data”) and confirm.

Your account and the personal data associated with it are then scheduled for deletion. You can also delete individual businesses, content and connected channels from within the app before deleting the whole account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, or you would prefer we handle it, email us at support@grownextai.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

Please include your account email and, if relevant, the business name so we can locate your records. We may ask one or two questions to verify you own the account before we delete anything.

We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

Data connected from Facebook & Instagram

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we store only what is needed to run the features you enabled — for example page/account identifiers, the access tokens you authorised (stored encrypted), and the comments or messages processed to send auto-replies.

To remove this data: disconnect the channel in the app (Connections / Social accounts), and remove the app’s access from your Meta account under Settings → Business Integrations (Facebook) or Settings → Apps and Websites (Instagram). Disconnecting revokes our tokens and stops any further processing.

Deleting your account removes the stored Facebook and Instagram data described above. You can also request removal of only this connected data by email using the steps above.

What gets deleted

A deletion removes your account profile, business profiles, generated and saved content, uploaded assets, leads and conversations, and any connected-channel tokens and identifiers.

Some records may be retained where the law requires it — for example invoices and payment records kept for tax and accounting purposes — and anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained to operate the service.
